Landa Labs is seeking an Automation Engineer experienced in the Motion Control field to join its R&D team and work in a multidisciplinary environment. In this position your main job responsibilities will include the following main tasks:

  • Algorithm development and programming, operations, synchronization and interfaces in an industrial programmable real time controllers environment
  • System-level integration including all electronic aspects: control, electronics, wiring and design
  • Working in complex development environments including: engine controllers, industrial PLC, electronic cards
  • Integration development, testing, design certification


  • B.Sc. in mechanical or electrical engineering – mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience in developing synchronization systems and engine controllers in industrial PLC
  • Writing motion profiles for various engines (Servo, Stepper, AC, DC), in-depth familiarity with encoders
  • Work experience in development and in the environment of CODESYS – mandatory
  • Experience in developing systems that include digital and analog I/O, engine controllers, SSR, relays and safety circuits
  • Ability to read, understand, analyze and modify existing code for current control systems
  • Logical, sequential, systematic thinking and good analytic analysis skillsy
  • High Proficiency in spoken and written English
